1. Eligibility & Accounts

Subscription plans, pricing, and features may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, fees are in the currency indicated at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

3. Access & Device Limits

Your plan permits you to register a limited number of your own devices (for example, up to five) for secure access to the portal. You may not share, resell, or otherwise make your account or access available to third parties beyond the scope of your plan. We may impose reasonable technical measures to protect the Service and to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access areas or data you are not entitled to; reverse engineering, scraping, or copying content other than for personal use; uploading malicious code; or using the Service to violate any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or your payment is disputed, reversed, or fails. Upon termination, we may disable your account and access to the portal.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Indian Jurisdiction Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000, of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
